2+ cups of dry coffee and 40 oz of water spread all over kitchen wall, floor, waste basket, stove top, behind stove, front of stove
I was attempting to use device. When I added the water on top of rain separator, the water was spilling out the bottom into the carafe immediately. The *** was stuck and thus immovable. When I attempted to close the catch it stuck. I tried to push the lever down but to no avail. All of the dry coffee and 40 0z. Of water flew all over my kitchen. All over included walls behind stove, counter top next to stove, floor, waste basket, front of stove down oven handle and oven door. The stove top became the receptacle for the dry coffee and water.

Disappointed with my wine bottle opener
Almost all of my utensils and kitchen products are oxo products. I love oxo! But when I went to open my wine bottle I pushed down and one of the wings ( I call it) broke off! I couldn’t get the cork out! Very disappointed I’ve only had it for a few months.

Love the product but can’t reassemble top
I have a 6 square pop lid that I dropped & it completely fell apart. Nothing broke but even with research on YouTube, I cannot figure out how to reassemble.

Hard oxo cubes
Hello , i have been using chicken oxo for many years. They are in date when i buy, guite often. But i find they are very hard to break up these days. Has the making of them changed. As i use a lot in a month. Is there a problem. Kind regards Ray.

Poor quality
Every product I have ever had by OXO is total crap. Falls apart, breaks, doesn't work properly. Can't return to store and why would I want a replacement of junk with junk?

No response to emails
My Oxo Pop lid has broken and I am looking for a replacement. I have sent several emails to customer services and have not had a reply to any of them. There is nowhere else to get a new lid.

emailed customer service 5 times. no response. called the number and it says they are not available due to unsafe weather conditions and you should email. Never buying an Oxo product again.

I want to order products in exchange for damage goods...
I purchased a cookie gun the second time I used it it broke I replaced it that day , the next day I called oxo and they were gracious to offer me a refund towards the purchase of any of their products.

We replaced our Keurig with the 9 cup coffee maker. Unfortunately the brewed coffee is rarely hot- we need to re-warm in the microwave. Is there a way to adjust the temperature?

Knife for OXO Good Grips mandoline chef 2.0
I bought this mandolin six months ago. Last week, the flat side of the knife broke off. Now I'm looking for a replacement, but I can't find a place, either in stores or on the Internet to order a replacement knife. I have tried over 5 different times to make contact with OXO using the contact info they provide and have received no response.

Purchased a moderately expensive oxo coffee machine and within a few years the word definition is wearing off on water tank and the thermos that holds the coffee is wearing away in the inside and not sure what the material is and if it is toxic? I have contacted their customer service and have not received a response and have reached out a few times.
